News on PC World and B&M, Old Kent Road

Dear Neighbours, Thank you to everyone who gave their valuable feedback last year when we consulted the community on the redevelopment of the PC World and B&M sites on the Old Kent Road. Southwark Council will appoint a developer who can work in partnership with them to build the scheme, which will provide up to 500 new homes (50% council homes), as well as shops and business space. While this process takes place, further design work will be paused. We look forward to sharing updated designs later this year, including how your feedback has been incorporated, and continuing our consultation with you.
